Dome Booking Information

 

The Club has an air dome providing three indoor courts from October to May.

The Club operates a "Pay-and-Play" system for the indoor courts, which is over and above the annual subscription.

  • On arrival check that your name is entered on the court booking sheets
  • Payment is made at the time of playing.
  • Put your money in the brown envelope.
  • Put your name & the date on the envelope.
  • Place the envelope in the "hole in the wall" of the dome engine room.

 

The booking sheets on this website, show the current bookings.

 

Bookings should not normally be made before 4pm each

Some tennis players may wish to turn up on the off-chance that a

court is available. For those who do so, the indoor court booking

sheets are always displayed in the off court hut and your name IN

FULL must be entered on the booking sheet BEFORE you play, 

BUT PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONLINE BOOKINGS HAVE

PRIORITY OVER THOSE WHO TURN UP AND PLAY EVEN

THOUGH THOSE NAMES MAY NOT HAVE BEEN UPDATED ON

THE SHEETS

Footwear:

The footwear rule for the dome must be strictly adhered to.

Note:

This rule applies to the ACRYLIC courts at all times,

irrespective of whether the dome is in place or not !!!
