| A RED WARNING LIGHT WILL APPEAR TO SIGNIFY THAT 5 MINUTES OF LIGHT REMAIN, SO PLEASE |
| ENSURE THAT ADDITIONAL TOKENS ARE INSERTED BEFORE THEY GO OUT, AS ONCE OUT, THEY MAY |
| NOT BE RE-STARTED AGAIN FOR APPROX. 15 MINUTES |
| THE METERS WILL ACCEPT ALL 4 COINS IN ONE GO AND CREDIT YOU WITH 2 HOURS OF LIGHT |
| 1.Balls for the matches are provided by Cwmbran Tennis Club and can be found on the table inside the dome ready for use. |
| AT THE END OF YOUR MATCH, PLEASE COLLECT THE USED BALLS |
| AND RETURN THEM TO THE MATCH BOX PROVIDED |

| 2.The format for matches will be 2 rounds of doubles with each event consisting of games only |
| Each event must finish after 1 hour, with a timer alarm provided to help achieve this. |
| If the timer sounds while the ball is still in play, the point in progress should be completed |
| The pair ahead in the final game may claim that game |
| If level on points in the final game EACH side will be awarded 1 game |
| 3.The side who has won the most games will be deemed to have won the match. |
| The match can only be drawn if teams are level in total games won. |

| 4. If a team fails to turn up or is late the opposing team shall be awarded 4 games after 20 minutes |
| have passed, 8 games after 40 minutes and the event by 12 games to nil after 1 hour. |
| 5. Due to time constraints, warm ups will be limited to a maximum of five minutes. |
| 6. Match fees (£20 per team) are to be paid on the night of your match using the small payment envelopes provided. |
| Please push the payment envelope through the hole in the wall of the Dome engine room |
| Just turn right after exiting through the revolving doors and you will see the hole directly infront of you |
| 7. In the match box on the table in the dome marked “Winter League” with the match balls, you will find a pre-printed |
| scorecard which when completed should be placed in the box marked “Winter League Scorecards” located |
| on the wall in the dome foyer |
| 8. Should you need to re-arrange a fixture, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably by email |
| so I can check court availability. Please then contact and inform your opposing captain |
| Matches should only be postponed as an absolute last resort so please |
| give us as much notice as possible so that the courts can be re-let |
